Important to know : Laos Train Ticket Purchase

– Passengers are required to present both Passport & QR Code upon check in / check out.

– In the case of unclear or missing passport information, our service provider may contact you directly via email or WhatsApp for any updates or changes during the booking process.

– The service provider will send the QR code and/or give the actual train ticket to you prior to departure.

– Please keep your QR code for both check in and check out from the station.

– Please stand by at the hotel’s lobby at least 60 minutes before the train departure time.

– The actual pick-up time can be delayed due to traffic conditions.

Prohibited items from being carried by passengers into the Laos Railways stations or on trains are:

1) Weapons and ammunition of any kind

2) All kinds of explosives

3) Chemicals of any kind

4) Drugs of all kinds

5) Sharp objects

6) Livestock

7) Food that smells bad or watery food

8) Liquids, Aerosols and Gels (LAGs)
